Happy New Year!

Well, it's already started off with a bang in Gaza City. Palestinian gunman bombed a UN club. So the biggest, most influential entity that is the second (to the PA) biggest employer in Gaza, an entity which has done nothing but blow sunshine up the PA's collective asses, shit on Israelis and thumbed their nose at the US, wasn't even safe from their bloodthirsty taste for death?!

Do you get it now, UN? Appeasement, groveling and shunning the moral highground in a futile attempt to save your miserable tushes -- DIDN'T! To quote a good pal, 'the comic book death cult' doesn't care about you. They laugh at you. And they don't care if they kidnap you, rape your women or blow up your bars. You are nothing.

But don't worry, maybe 2006 will be the year that all your dhimmitude will pay off. And if you believe that, have I got a bridge to sell to you!

I am not surprised at all . I see scores of Christians fleeing Muslim countries. This is not Islamofacism but IslamoNazism. I wish my Coptic friends in Jersey City would start a blog.

In the USA Muslim students have started targeting college Republicans as well as Jewish groups. Front Page Magazine had a few articles on that subject.

Right on the money again, Esther!

Last night we watched a very good (for a bloody change!) documentary on Channel 4 (normally hateful channel) about the eviction of the settlers from Gaza by the IDF and Israeli police.

Appalling scenes, not shown before. So so so badly badly wrong. Words fail me, even though I was outraged of course before.

And for why all this wrong and sacrifice? Wouldn't make any difference if Israel ceased to exist altogether. They'd still be murdering us.

Wake up, World!

BTW, all my fondest and best wishes to OTB and all its friends for the coming year!

Cheers to the UN whose policies in regards to the Palestinians seem to be coming home to roost.

I guess the Pals forget about the UN's Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.

I'm not surprised, neither will I be surprised if the UN starts to try and blame Israerl in some way, though that is getting harder and harder.

Once again the pals have announced that the cease fire has come to an end.

And once again I wonder when it began.

Happy New Year to Esther and Rory, on this the first day of 2006!

The UN refuses to "get it." I've lost all hope in that organization--not that I was ever enamored of it.

Happy New Year one and all. Let's hope for a peaceful year. Or barring that, let's hope we can at least make a dent in ridding the world of some of the scourge that's plaguing us.

I'm so glad I'm not in school now, Beak. How frightening.

So true, Rory.

Wild, RM! I hope they end up showing that here.

True, Seawitch. I guess they have.

Happy New Year to you too, Sarge! :)

RA, I wonder that too! What ceasefire???

Happy New Year to Patrick and AOW too. And you've both got it exactly right. Sigh.........

How many have to be murdered until they realize what terrorists are?

They'll never realize it, Batya. To them Hamas are "freedom fighters", and Al Zarqawi is an "insurgent leader".

*Sigh*. Well, at least we can see how well the withdrawal worked...

"We Hate To Say We Told You So"
I am sure though it won't teach these UN morons a lesson.
To learn you really have to want to do it.
There will be apologetic statements from Arafat2 a few wet kisses and all will be well again.

Felis,
I agree with you. I'm sure it won't teach the UN a lesson since they're apparently beyond redemption. However, it may cause George Bush to think twice the next time he tries shoving more of his half-assed "Road Map" down Israel's throat, although I concede even that might be optimistic.

His second term is very, very dissapointing.
Perhaps I'd wish to see too much too fast.
