Is the Rabbinical Court the only alternative in Israel (in cases like this)?
I wish I knew more, felis. But I figure Naomi is pretty darn knowledgable or would have found someone who was... if they couldn't figure it out... I'm not sure what could be left to do. :(
This is so sad. I admire Naomi Ragen for trying to help her and for admonishing and reminding him about the Day of Atonement.
A travesty--doesn't qualify as any type of justice.

Esther, if I wasn't reading this from such a credible source I would not be able to believe that this was actually happening. I can scarcely type I am so enraged.
