Bill Clinton vs. Chris Wallace, Fox News
So I saw the uncut version of this now infamous interview on Fox News Sunday. I'm proud of how Chris stood his ground. I couldn't tell whether Bill had just lost his mind, attacking Chris personally, or whether or not this was one of the more calculated moves of his career. Thoughts on this car accident?

Hiya, Esther. I watched the video of it. I gotta say, Clinton made himself look like a real Democrat alright. So much of one that they could replace their traditional symbol with Clinton's face and no one would know the difference.
With the way he acted on Fox, plus Howard "SlimJim" Dean, plus rabid MoveOn.org types, they've managed to win the election already. For the Republicans, that is.
OT: Would you happen to know any good sources for me to learn Hebrew (and no, the Psalms don't help)? Please remember, I'm a trucker and always on the go, so no classroom type instruction.
Oh, and you might want to remove "Driving America" and "Through the Windshield" from your blogroll since they aren't there anymore. ;-)
D'oh! Will do, thanks. Seawitch and I have both been trying to find a good way to learn Hebrew. I thought the foreign ministry was supposed to offer free online tutorials but I haven't found it yet (not sure how much I've looked). I am fond of Pimsleur if you want to get CDs to learn.
I dug around for a bit on the FM site and found this. Scroll down to "LEARNING HEBREW". There were several references. Nothing from the MFA itself though.
I also took a look at Pimsleur. A bit heavy on the pocketbook, but I might be able to save up for it.
Thanks, Esther!
Clinton's rage was not rational, but I do think that what he did in the interview may well have been calculated.
IMO, Clinton was using the "vast right wing conspiracy" tactic, without using those exact words.
I caught the clip on the Daily Show (fake news, but clip was authentic!), it was so odd to see him lash out at Wallace- thinks he's still pissed about turning 60?
Drumwaster at Drumwaster's Rants has a somewhat different take on it. Ya'll might want to take a look.
BTW, please say a prayer for his Granddaughter-in-Law who was in a car accident recently. His site contains details of the accident. She really needs all the prayer she can get.
I also watched the whole thing. I think that it was actually on purpose, but at least in my opinion, it backfired. It just made him look cocky and obnoxious.
Clinton still thinks he has teflon, at least in terms of the ladies.
Where has Esther gone? Helllooooo? Esther?
Where O where has our dear Esther gone?
Where O where can she be?
(Maybe a little bit of prose will entice her out of the woodwork. Hehe.)
LOL! I'm so sorry. I've just been crazy busy.
