A Digital Discovery

I learned something new about my fabulous digital camera while I was on vacation in Maui. See this picture of the West Maui Mountains? Well, I took it through the window of my friend's SUV -- while going about 50 miles an hour. How cool is that?!? I love this camera! And the view wasn't half bad either.

We got out digital last Christmas, but haven't experimented a lot with it. I'll have to try the trick about shooting through a vehicle window at 50 mph.

Ah, Hawaii!

Wow, that's great. I have trouble taking action shots with mine, much less being able to take one in a vehicle going 50mph.

YOu need to take pictures for a postcard company. My mouth dropped open on that one. I tell you I would love to have that as a postcard or a poster.

Mindblowingly beautiful!

I'm sticking with my film camera, until it dies. Large prints come out better from film, and I have sold some.

What would the resolution be ... say, if one was traveling 100mph?

just kidding!

If one were going too fast, one might not turn and find the Pacific Ocean in a most unappropriate manner?

Esther ... I envy your "non-job!"

I was just scrolling down the page and this picture made me stop, jaw drop and "wow" to myself.

Great picture, good stuff!
