I Might Have Seen Everything, Now...

Does this strike anyone else as putting the fox in charge of the hen house? Then again, the third paragraph at least addresses the elephant in the room, while the fourth is an exercise in understatement.

When the words United States and anti-semitism are used in the same sentence, I always think of the SS St. Louis.

Does the phrase "Southern Democrats" add a little additional pith to this tragedy?

Once again, my historical perspective is sadly lacking. What do you mean by putting the fox in charge of the henhouse? Is this guy not a good guy, or just the idea of State prosecuting something they refuse to recognize as a crime?

We need an American desk at the State Department.

I think the experience of Israel with ANYBODY from the 'Foggy Bottoms' Dept isn't all that positive.

I'm with ya, SA.

BW, it's the irony that they want someone at the State Department to head anti-Semitism watch when all they need to do is look at the row of offices down their own hallway. The entire State Department has show to be very pro-Arab and anti-Israel.

Beak, lol.

You're right about that, Felis.

Why do we even need a State Department? Especially in this age of post-it notes and ICBMs?

"Look! The United States has sent us a message!"

"Read it! Read it! What does it say?"
