G-d watch over them.
Thanks to all and everyone who has served in the military! Today we honor and salute the fallen, those who gave their lives in our stead.
We just can't say thanks enough!
Many don't even come close to understand how much it means to have people like them around.
God bless our troops! They're our greatest heroes.
A debt that we can never repay.
And we need to remember our brave military all year long. They serve all year long.
All gave some ... Some gave all!
The sacrifice of all our Warriors, past and present, cannot be addressed with mere words. Their gift to us all is the FREEDOMS we enjoy ... GOD BLESS THEM ALL!
Amen to all that.
And I remember my father, born Cornish, naturalised American since the 50s, now deceased, signed up to fight the Nazis in 1939, on Day Two of WW2. Active service in north Africa and Italy with the 8th Army. Just an ordinary guy like tens of thousands of others. (Sorry for personal allusion, but I loved him and can't visit his grave in Dearborn, MI.)
Bless them all...
What a loving tribute.
Just checking. ;-)
